As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic which took hold in the UK in March 2020, all indoor public entertainment venues were closed, and our May 2020 concert had to be cancelled.
The Wolsey Orchestra is a member of the Ipswich Arts Association which aims to promote the work of its members and of the arts in general, both in and around Ipswich
The Wolsey Orchestra is a member of Making Music, formerly the National Federation of Music Societies, which represents and supports amateur choirs, orchestras and music promoters throughout the UK
